We use the NeuraScanner Portable Well Log Scanner to scan log data in the office. It's a great product that has significantly reduced the time required to scan well logs, thereby reducing cycle time necessary to evaluate opportunities. What would have taken several days to scan before can now be done in a few hours.
Brain Cabote, Geoscientist, Hobbs Asset TeamMy company really has benefited from having the annual maintenance for our log scanner - we've had something different and critical happen each year and
the service contract to Neuralog has been worth the money.
Thanks, Nancy
Scanning Logs is a critical part of our program to convert paper documents into instantly retrievable electronic images. In order to run our log scanning operation most efficiently we recently upgraded our standard NeuraScanner to Turbo. The upgrade was done electronically at very little cost and we lost no time. This is a great machine and now have doubled our production!
Director, State Oil and Gas CommissionThe NeuraScanner is the greatest thing since sliced bread. It runs 8 hours a day seven days a week. We've scanned over 100 5-drawer cabinets. I really love it.Supervisor, State Geological SurveyI recently purchased the Turbo option for my NeuraScanner. I get the same great rasters twice as fast. I'm saving over $4000 a month in labor and my project is getting done faster.
President, Independent Oil CompanyThe NeuraLaser makes VERY GOOD COPY - makes the Xerox look really out of date. My logs are starting right at the top of the page and running great.
Manager, State Agency Log Library"NeuraSectionPLUS is the Desktop Interpretation Tool that geologists have been waiting for. Just scan a group of logs, associate the logs with a well report created in GeoGraphix, and layout the cross section on the screen. Change from a stratigraphic to a structural cross section with the click of a mouse.
These are the best looking show logs, maps and cross sections I have created in the past 20 years. NeuraSectionPLUS saves time and cuts costs, while creating superior, presentation quality cross sections on the PC. It is also an excellent companion to GeoGraphix.
As a consultant and exploration geologist, I see NeuraSectionPLUS as a must to remain competitive in the Oil and Gas Exploration Industry. The guys at Neuralog have done a great job!"
Frank R. Reid, Providence Oil Company, V.P. Exploration"NeuraLog was our discovery of the "missing link" for log data input into a pore pressure and fracture gradient prediction program. Log data can be easily digitized, exported into a LAS file, and interpreted in just a few hours. Turnkey drilling demands precision. NeuraLog is a crucial component of our technical tool set."
John F. Greve, Global Marine Integrated Services International Inc., Project Manager"We haven't done a major project this year where we haven't used NeuraLog, and we couldn't have gotten by without it."
Ronald Baugh, Associated Energy Consultants, Geologist
"I calculate that digitizing time was reduced to one-quarter of what it would have taken on a traditional digi-board, and the image files of some of our wells from the 1930s have become permanent digital archival records. No more data loss by misplacing paper logs! ...the cost of the work was far less than sending the data out of the office to be done. We can't wait to obtain the NeuraMap software. If the time and money saved are anywhere close to what NeuraLog has saved us, we will be delighted."
Melissa Sonnen, North Central Oil Corp.
"We have several of Neuralog's NeuraLog systems in various parts of the world, including some fairly remote locations. These systems allow us to digitize paper logs in a matter of hours instead of the several weeks that it would take to mail or courier them to an outside company, have them digitized, and then sent back. We've had occasion to call on Neuralog's Technical Services department as well, and have found them to be very competent."
Tom Gottschalk, Hughes Christensen, Senior Engineer
"Neuralog's user-friendly interface streamlines work and saves time<."
Bill Goldman, Security DBS, Consulting Engineer
"NeuraMap is a milestone to the map digitizing industry. It is an application of technology which increases speed and accuracy while decreasing physical stress. Because of its many features, it has become a work-flow shoe-in."
Thomas Gamwell, Phillips Petroleum
"We digitize maps in NeuraMap and make easy imports in SMT. NeuraMap is easy to use and the maps look exactly the same in SMT as they do on paper. Good solution to my problem."
Independent Geologist, California"I got my first map completely digitized with NeuraMap and created an .sp1 file and a .dxf file and checked the output data in CAD. The lines fell where they were supposed to and I love the product."
Natural Resources Technician, State Agency"I recently purchased NeuraView. I have tried a number of image handling software packages and have encountered limitations with all of them - as the page length increased, the image degraded. I want to thank you for providing a real solution to my large log viewing and printing problem."
Herschel J Cannon, Cannon Digital Services"Your staff has contagious energy and has done a great job! We are now a better team of geologists, geophysicists, an information technologists. We completed a Jump Start Project including a NeuraPro install, 2500 well project, proprietary rasters, cross sections, structure and net oil maps at 3 levels. We are very pleased with the results obtained and in process to schedule another project. Thank you."
Senior Geologist, California Independent"It's always a real pleasure to speak with Neuralog staff. Your team is the perfect example of professionalism; always very helpful and courteous. As you can see, I have received the upgraded license and am working perfectly once again. Thanks for all the help and support and please pass on my appreciation to the rest of your team. You guys are AWESOME!!!!!"
Geoscience Technician, Houston TexasNeuralog Professional is working great for us and everyone is happy with the results! We are getting more licenses.
