Neuralog, Inc. Product Update Process
For Product Updates to Existing Neuralog Clients
STEP 1: Determine if you require New Licensing.
Single User Key: You DO NOT require new licensing.
However you will be sent a new license.dat file with your download.
Network Key: You
DO require new licensing.
Network keys are being phased out and replaced with updated network options. New product releases will not work
with the Network keys. You have the following choices.
- License to your PC License Server Ethernet Address. (Recommended)
- Obtain a new Rainbow Dongle for your PC License Server.
- License to a UNIX Server. (Additional cost.)
STEP 2: Obtain the Neuralog Product Update.
- Web site download
- FTP site download (requires password)
- Neuralog will ship a CDROM and paper documentation upon request.
- If you receive a new dongle, you should install latest Rainbow
drivers (available on the CDROM).
STEP 3: If you require New Licensing, provide Neuralog with updated
information by completing the Licensing
Key Selection Form.
STEP 4: Install the Update.
- Neuralog will send you necessary passwords (usually through
email).
- Neuralog will send you a new license.dat file. Copy it to
your NDS_HOME directory.

NOTE: Your product maintenance must be current to obtain an
update.
