Fast, Portable Well Log Scanning NeuraScanner is the world's first and only well log scanner. So compact, it fits in a standard briefcase and weighs under 10 pounds. The NeuraScanner is carried everywhere - office, data room, rig, home. Designed with dual on-board processors, NeuraScanner scans logs at speeds up to 2 inches/per second, while producing smaller, cleaner images than larger and more expensive scanners. When the job is done, it readily fits in your laptop case for the next stop. If your business includes scanning well logs, NeuraScanner is a must. Built to Handle Any Log NeuraScanner was designed with a single purpose in mind - scanning logs. This includes international logs which may be up to 12" wide or smaller 3" logs. Media may be paper or film. Width is controlled by the media itself or via software to scan desired log tracks. Document length may be 12" fixed or unlimited. Because many logs are old and in poor condition, smooth paper handling was also critical in the scanner's design. The paper feeding mechanisms in NeuraScanner were designed specifically with this in mind. Even the oldest and longest well logs flow through NeuraScanner to produce beautiful crisp scans. |
Tough Enough for Any Job Anywhere While NeuraScanner is a wonderful addition to any geologist's desktop, it was built to perform in even the most rugged environments. Its' robust construction of lightweight 7075 aluminum, the same material used in many jet aircraft, and stainless steel fasteners make this machine downright tough. The image sensor is shock-mounted to operate in the most demanding environment, while key surfaces are machined and anodized for a smooth fit and feel. In short, NeuraScanner is built to last. Quick and Simple hook-up to your PC or UNIX* Box With NeuraScanner's USB and serial ports, you have ultimate flexibility in feeding data to your computer. NeuraScanner software allows on-the-fly control of image settings such as resolution (up to 300 dpi) and brightness. Settings are adjustable as the image is drawn to your computer screen. With NeuraScanner you are in control of your log data. Enjoy - as you unleash the digital freedom stored in your data archives. | |
