How do I find out what my license key # is to get online updates?
    The license key # appears on the 'About' splash panel. To get there, start up the program and select Help -> About NeuraDB. All the information you will need is there.

    You can also request an update or see if you need an update by choosing Help->Support->Check for Updates... This process will determine whether an update and/or new license file is needed, and allow you to easily make the request.

Logging in to NeuraDB at startup, it asks for a user name and password. What is my user name and password?

Your user name and password has been created by your NeuraDB Administrator (or Oracle DBA). Please contact your NeuraDB Administrator or Oracle DBA for your username and password.

How do I change my NeuraDB password?

Only a NeuraDB Administrator can change or reset the password for a NeuraDB user. If you need to change or reset your password, please have your NeuraDB Administrator log in to NeuraDB Explorer. Once logged in, your administrator can click on User Management, under the Tools menu to change or reset your password. Note: The User Management option is visible only to users logged in to NeuraDB Explorer with administrative privileges

Can I change my workspace setup, even though I set it to be used every time I log in?

Yes. To do so, click on Tools menu, followed by Workspace Setup. The last checkbox can be cleared, if you wish to see the Workspace Setup dialog, every time you log in.
All the units in my NeuraDB are displayed in metric. Can I change the display to Imperial units (feet, instead of meters)?

The default units of measure for a database are set when the database is created. Your database was created with default metric units of measure. You can, however, choose your own units of measure. To do so, click on Tools menu, followed by Workspace Setup, and choose Imperial under the User-Defined Units of Measure.

Note: the user-defined Units of Measures can be changed for any user account, except for the NEURALOG account. The NEURALOG account can only display the default units of measure
