Neuralog Frequently Asked Questions - NeuraLasers and Paper

What paper can I use in my NeuraLaser?
    Only Neuralog paper should be used in the NeuraLaser.  Neuralog paper has been designed especially for this printer, with the purpose of printing well logs.  Do not use other paper in your NeuraLaser.
Can I use my Neuralog paper in other printers?
    It is not recommended that you use Neuralog paper in other printers.  Neuralog is not able to support any printer other than the NeuraLaser and cannot provide assistance to clients using Neuralog paper in other printers.
Where do I buy supplies for my NeuraLaser and what supplies do I need?

Neuralog provides all NeuraLaser consumables.  These may be ordered by calling us at 1-800-364-8728 or you order directly over the web at www.neuralog.com/store.  Consumables include Full and Half Scale Well Log Paper, Toner , Developer, OPC Drum, Fuser Assembly.  Details are found on the store site.

How much NeuraLaser consumables will I need to order?

What do I need to do to send in my NeuraLaser for service?
    NeuraLasers must be returned in their original box with original packing materials.  Do not ship cables, CDROM or manuals.  You must contact Neuralog before you ship to obtain an RMA. Ship to the following address.

How fast (in/sec) does a NeuraLaser print?
    NeuraLaser prints at up to 4 inches per second.
Can the NeuraLaser print unlimited length documents?
    Absolutely. The NeuraLaser is designed to print even the longest well lots.
