Where can I find the latest FLEX lm versions? (lmgrd.exe, lmtools.exe, lmutil.exe)

How do you print the WHOLE log (TIFF Image) in NeuraView. I only get a portion of the log.

Check these properties on the PRINT panel.
• Uncheck Fit To Single Page
• Check Tile to W X H Pages
• Uncheck Lock Aspect Ratio
• Then adjust Width Scale until the Tile says 1 x H pages.
This will print the entire log at the original scale but 1 page wide.

Can I export wells and interpretations from one project to another?

Yes. This is done through Export (File -> Export...-> Well Data...). NeuraSection Project must be chosen as the File Type. All Wells or Selected Wells in the project will export anything associated with each well (annotations, freeforms, tops, production data, etc.). To export cross sections to another project, select Selected Cross Section(s) from page 1 of the exporter.

How do I find out what my license key # is to get online updates?

The license key # appears on the 'About' splash panel. To get there, start up the program and select Help -> About Neura... All the information you will need is there.

You can also request an update or see if you need an update by choosing Help->Support->Check for Updates... This process will determine whether an update and/or new license file is needed, and allow you to easily make the request.

I've moved my Projects to a new drive. When I open old .nds files, the images won't load with them. What's wrong?

All .nds documents contain a file path that points to the image to be loaded. If the drive letter or any other part of the path has changed, you will need to re-direct the .nds file. Look in your /nds/bin directory to find a DOS-based program to fix this. It is called ndschtif.exe. If you start up DOS, change to this directory and type 'ndschtif', it will guide you through the rest.

My DXF Export is not working. I get the following error - Illegal Operation Error: LAS2DXF caused an invalid page fault in module LAS2DXF.EXE at D14f: 00401253.

Check to make sure you have the latest LAS2DXF.EXE file (dated 11/5/99) in the /nds/bin directory. If you don't, it can be downloaded from our SUPPORT page and click GET FILE. Fill out the form using 'Logpcdxf' for the User ID. You will see 'las2dxf.exe'. Download and copy this file into your /nds/bin directory to replace the old.

Can the NeuraScanner scan unlimited length documents.

Absolutely. The NeuraScanner is designed to scan even the longest well lots.

How come some (or all) of my wells aren't displaying in Map View, but they are listed on the well list below grayed out?

Wells will only display in Map View if the LAT/LON information is present in the header. Wells not displayed will appear grayed out on the well list below. They may, however, still be opened from the well choice list.
